Take that smokin’ outside, and kindly don’t leave your butts in the yard
You may vape inside, but you MUST keep all smoking of cigarettes, cigars, & anything else you wanna smoke outside. We have buckets on both the front & back porches as well as a fire pit to throw butts in. Please help us keep the ground nice!
YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $250 SPECIAL CLEANING FEE IF YOU SMOKE INSIDE THE CABIN.
You must use a bridge to cross the creek
If your trailer is longer than 16', please call Heather to discuss our alternate parking 😊
1.Shoot me a text the day before y’all roll in, and let me know ‘bout what time to expect ya.
2. If you’re haulin’ a trailer longer than 16 feet, holler at Heather ahead a time — we got other spots we can stick ya.
3. And please, don’t go blockin’ the main driveway — folks gotta get through!
1. Respect the neighbors. This is also a neighborhood, so keep the outdoor shenanigans low and quiet after midnight
2. NO reving engines until you are on ROR park property
3. NO doughnuts, spin-outs, etc on our property- save that for the park!
4. NO ATV or SXS crossings over the bridge after 9pm
5. Respect our property
- Keep trash in a can or bag
- No beer cans or glass laying around
- Pick up your butts
6. Do not leave the AC below 68°
7. Make sure doors are locked when you're gone
8. Turn all inside lights off when you leave
9. NO open flames inside
10. Call or text us immediately if you have can issue.
