We have alternate parking just before you cross the bridge. Please use the address of

16341 KY-854, Rush, KY 41168.

THERE IS NO TRAILER ACCESS AT THE MOMENT ACROSS THE BRIDGE.

There are security cameras located on trailer parking premises as well as our local neighborhood watch. This is a very safe area, and you can see the trailer parking lot from our cabin property.

We are working to get a new bridge soon!

There are no exceptions on this rule, however, vehicles and atv crossing is still permitted until the new bridge is installed.

You may vape inside our cozy cabin rentals, but you MUST keep all smoking of cigarettes, cigars, and anything else you want to smoke outside. We have buckets on both the front and back porches, as well as a fire pit for disposing of butts. Please help us maintain this family-friendly retreat by keeping the ground nice!

1. Respect the neighbors. This is also a neighborhood, so keep the outdoor shenanigans low and quiet after midnight at our cabin rentals.

2. NO revving engines until you are on Rush Off-Road park property.

3. NO doughnuts, spin-outs, etc., on our property—save that for the park!

4. NO ATV or SXS crossings over the bridge after 9pm.

5. Respect our property at this family-friendly retreat.

- Keep trash in a can or bag.

- No beer cans or glass laying around.

- Pick up your butts.

6. Do not leave the AC below 68°.

7. Make sure doors are locked when you're gone.

8. Turn all inside lights off when you leave.

9. NO open flames inside.

10. Call or text us immediately if you have any issues.

1. Put all dirty towels and wash cloths in the washer to prepare for your next stay at our family-friendly retreat.

2. Empty the fridge; any condiments (or beer) are fine to leave for your next visit to our cabin rentals.

3. Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher to prevent attracting bugs during your stay at the Rush Off-Road area!

4. Pick up all trash and put it in the cans beside the shed to keep the cabin rentals clean.

5. Make sure all lights are off and doors are locked to ensure the safety of our family-friendly retreat.

POLICIES

1. The registered guest who booked the cabin rentals is accountable for all members of their group, including visitors, as well as any and all damage that may occur during your stay at our family-friendly retreat.

2. ATVs and SXSs shall only be ridden within the cabin area for the purpose of traveling to and from trails or for loading and unloading. To ensure the safety of you and other guests at Rush Off-Road, leisure rides on our property are not permitted.

SPEEDING, RACING, REVVING MOTORS, DOING DOUGHNUTS, AND RECKLESS DRIVING ARE NOT PERMITTED.

3. You must be 21 years old to consume alcohol; please drink responsibly.

4. No fireworks, explosives, or firearms are allowed on the premises.

5. Keep all gas cans away from the cabin.

These policies are in place for everyone's safety and to ensure our neighbors and home are respected. Failure to comply with these policies could result in the forfeiture of your stay with no refund. Rush Retreats, LLC and its management are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or death, nor for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

I understand and agree to abide by Rush Retreats LLC house rules and policies, and furthermore understand that if I violate the rules mentioned above, my privileges to remain on the premises may be revoked, and upon request, I must evacuate the property immediately, forfeiting any refund for time not spent, as well as being liable for any damages or housecleaning costs incurred.
